At least you haven't fallen off the wagon entirely. You're still exercising and that's good. Taking the train to London sounds so much more enjoyable than the plane! I dislike plane travel. I am always more tired and always feel like I need to rush.
Yeah, I can't handle the feeling of getting to the airport in time very well. This time we leave from Central Station Rotterdam. No rush. And it's only 4 hours by train to London.
