I agree, the "New Age" is overused and may be a continuation of the prison state we live in, so one should keep one's eyes open to the "Guru - Messiah" complex, which puts someone or something between us and Source.
Imagine chickens being released into a bigger enclosure, they would feel decidedly freer, until they realised there were still boundaries imprisoning them!
We need to remember and step fully back into our Sovereignty!
Consciousness is the key and it all starts with us.
