The Best No Knead Bread

Today I’m sharing with you my favorite bread recipe that requires no kneading, just a little yeast proofing and 20-30 minutes of bake time in the oven.
This is what you’ll need:
• 1 cup of flour
• ½ cup of warm water
• 1 tablespoon of melted butter or coconut oil
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 1 medium egg
First mix in the yeast and sugar with the warm water and set it aside until it is foamy (about 10 minutes).
In a separate bowl mix the melted butter with the egg and add in the flour, add the water and yeast mixture little by little until a stiff dough forms.
Cover with a towel for 1 hour in a warm spot or place it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Place your dough on a lightly floured work surface, and cut it into whatever shape or size you want (I made 1 loaf), and place on a prepared baking tray. Cover the dough and let it sit for another hour.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 °F for 20-30 minutes or until the top is nice and crispy.
Enjoy fresh out of the oven or store the bread for 4 days in the fridge.
Mine made 13 slices.
