With today's technology NO ONE can PROVE the Moon is in a sychronous rotation...or NOT spinning at ALL???

How can we have the moon in the sky WITH the sun like in the picture and also in the night sky on the other side of the earth?
We don't have two moons and no one has reported pitch blackness because the moon was missing.

You can't see the far side of the Moon from the Earth. Physics/astronomy teacher speaking here. The Moon is tidally locked to the Earth, meaning it rotates once for every revolution around the Earth.
And you can see the Moon in the daytime quite often, a thin crescent when it's sunrise or sunset, or larger depending on the time of the month. It will be full and rising when the Sun is setting, or full and setting when the Sun is rising.
And it's far enough away that it can be seen on the day and night sides of the Earth at the same time. It's not a mystery.

Really? Google "far side of the Moon photos". Russia first photographed it in the 1960s from lunar orbit. This one was taken by the Apollo 16 crew.
