Clearly there is a damn issue with this not at you @terrycraft but with the dang top 10 votes for this article/post.
This issue has been floating around the trending page and for some reason the ones that need to read the these issues do not. How is it possible that you feature an author @smolalit and the ones always voting on the content that your featured authors write wont vote on the author work on thier own posts?
That is some real messed up views, or maybe it could be that the top 10 votes are not actually ready the damn content but have a bot attached to you. ( Again not directed at you @terrycraft)
Again big issue with whale tails, you really cannot deny that is what is happening. every time you feature an author which is every day, the big SP holders follow the bot and vote, No consideration to the actual author of the content. Pay respects whales.

I do get it that you send all SD them which is awesome on your part of course you have the following to do so.
I am posting this to the ones that are always voting on the same people that feature others work but don't have the respect to actually read the article and check the authors work.
if you actually vote the post at least read that damn thing.

Indeed, the problem is not to read articles, but simply vote if article have big $ - is present. But in the statistics I see that for my featuring articles did not vote all and always. This means that many all the same estimate the content by reading it. This content is not gaining votes, under the account of the author, because it simply "not visible" for enough time in the feed and dissolves quickly in newly created posts. Curating programs help bring attention to authors. Also, these programs allow develop other languages on steemit. In the Russian-speaking community, @smolalit write, in general, in Russian, simply do not have enough people with big vote power. That is why, posts from her own account do not gain large amounts.
Personally, I have read this post. I like it. The author expresses her thoughts and reasoning. Competently and clearly expressed thoughts - a piece of the soul of the author. @smolalit never have plagiarism or something bad in her posts. I have no reason to refuse her posts in the publication. But forced someone to read posts, I can't. Therefore, read (or not) posts remain on the conscience of those who vote.
