I'm jealous. That's what I'd like to have someday myself. At my place, we have a front room with "nice" furniture that we never use, and then we have another room that's got a big comfortable sectional sofa and a 60" TV in it. That's where we actually do most of our hanging out, even though it's technically a bedroom. The goal is to get dual recliners in there with cupholders. Then a couple of dog beds, and that's all the seating we'd really need in there. Something like that double section you have would be perfect.
The arm rest has storage too. Pretty deep and big enough for a dab rig lol
