Laziness can also help make things more efficient, because there are those of us who are lazy, but want/need things accomplished. Due to our laziness, we will look for or create the most efficient way to get those things done.

You have a great point about malls and the fact that whomever thought of the idea was capitalizing on the fact that we, as humans, are pretty lazy!
