Weekly Goals & Objectives #5

In these weekly posts I try to set myself some goals and follow up what has been achieved in order to find a better balance and move forward in my life.


Week #4 Summary

Similar to most weeks, it was mostly my daily routine of staying active that was a success even though I did not really start doing the 100 daily reps I planned to.

Monday: Hot Yoga (+Actifit) (+100 Reps) --> Success!
Tuesday Swimming ( ~1km) (+100 Reps) --> Only 100 Reps...
Wednesday: Moring Hot Yoga (+Actifit) (+100 Reps) Yoga + Actifit
Thursday: Tennis 2 Hours (+Actifit) (+100 Reps) Tennis + Actifit
Friday: Hot Yoga (+Actifit) (+100 Reps) Yoga + Actifit
Saturday: Reps Day (+Actifit) (+100 Reps) --> Fail
Sunday: Running (+Actifit) (+100 Reps) --> Only Actifit

I did cheat a couple times when it came down to my eating habits, but it was nothing serious and my skin actally is quite clear right now (going 3x to the hot yoga probably has a lot to do with it). I took a couple days off from blogging (mostly on scorum) and went to a speed date which was a fun night out. As new recipe I tried out the golden milk. I exaggerated a bit on the spices, but I can see the potential and I'll be trying it out again today. The Crypto markets are still in full bear mode and it's quite though. I'm quite used to ups and downs from the sports betting markets and don't really have any financial issues short term beause of my rather modest lifestyle though so it barely affects me. I did start putting a bit more time into it again and actually bought some extra scr with an eye on the betting exchange they are about to launch. I wich I would have bought more since the price went from 0.068$ to 011$+ in a couple days.

Week #5 objectives

The main goal this week will be not to develop a cold and I will be taking it easy on the activity mostly just taking a healthy walk each day completing the actifit goal. I also want to continue building some blogging income. Especially scorum has been great and I see some bit potential in their platform if the betting exchange takes off. Steemit allows me to cross post the same article and maybe one day the steemit clone on EOS that dan is building will be added to that. Even though prices are at a depressing level right now, I still think it's worth going for as a way to get some fixed income over time. Where I spend a lot time during the year to build some stable daily upvotes, I have neglected it a bit lately and will get back to it. Especially now when many are giving up, the reward pool gets bigger and it's the time to step it up go for it.

I like the “avoid getting a cold”. Sometimes that’s a full time job all on its own. Haha…

I really learned my lesson last time i was in a similar situation :)
I'm still feeling 100% aside from the sneezing and having to blow my nose all the time.

Sometimes colds are worse than getting flus. At least flus usually check out of you within a few days. Some of the cold strains going around just seem to linger for ever. Stay healthy my friend!
