Day 882 | Reps - Walk - Kitchen Time
It was a good 1st day on my new 90 day challenge as I'm getting back on track for my 365 day reps challenge making up for the ones I didn't do last week. The aim is to be on track with everything by sunday. I didn't join my monday hot yoga class but did go on a nice afternoon walk and also put time in the kitchen preparing lots of vegetables. So overall a good day.
