Day 789 | 10-Day Recap

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

The last 10 days (Day 11-20) I was unable to keep up the good momentum and slipped all the way back. I still have 80 days left to go before my birthday and still plan to make the best of the 100 days prior to it. I simply will keep going at it 1 day at a time and aim to make it into a good 10-day cycle. Pretty much the same objectives are in place and I'm going with a zero tolerance again. The story so far pretty much has always been the same, once I get inside that flow it feels easy to maintain and crazy why this is not my default state all the time. The moment I leave my guard down just once it usually falls flat and I get some days where I just do whatever feeling miserable after.

So on Sunday it's go time yet again.

100 Day Challenge (DAY 20/100)


General Checklist: The goal was to do 100 days straight without cheating which quickly turned out to be too ambitious. Each time I have a cheat day I will add it to the total from now on.

Weight Control: My goal is to reach 62kg and slowly start to gain some muscle from then on out. I started this at around 65.5kg

Expense Control: I'm still in the process of rebuilding my bankroll which means that I will be living economically and rather minimalistic, not buying anything I don't need. I will be keeping track of my daily expenses here for 100 Days

I am not a morning person. lol I usually like to be out of bed by around 10 am but 11 am is cool too. lol

I'm pretty can choose when I go to bed and how long to sleep which used to cause huge problems in the past as I tended to watch NBA at night while playing some poker which had me going to bed early in the morning. Now I've found quite a good balance in it. Regular Sleep is so important
