Day 755 | Week Goals & Objectives
I can be fairly short on what my goals and objectives are for the coming week. The aim is to finally close my weight at 62kg by the end of the month. I have been going down to it month by month in baby steps this year so far but I continue to be in somewhat of a procrastination mode. This week I want to make another push down and will limit my food intake, increase my water drinking and also go on a daily walk again like I did a while back (if the weather allows it). Aside from this I do also aim to become a bit more productive. The lockdown is slowly coming to an end and I'll be able to go back to my own social distancing rules soon.
