Day 751 | Motivation Up & Downs

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I continued to struggle a bit on the motivational side of things the past week but feel like I'm back on track now going upwards. It remains a rollercoaster and I still haven't been able to find that stable choiceless awareness point where I just do what's best rationally without the feeling of having a choice. I'm still determined to reach 62kg before the end of this month and this will be my primary focus right now. So only healthy food along with daily walks and lots of water drinking. My skin also isn't the best right now and not being able to join hot yoga classes doesn't help. I will figure out some other ways to do some heavy sweathing.
