Day 749 | Bad Night Sleep

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

Monday was quite a productive day but I didn't eat all that clean causing me to have a bad night sleep. The connection between food and sleep is pretty significant for me. Eating quite some bread on Monday caused me to not be able to fall asleep until around 04:00 and I only woke up at 09:50. The lockdown certainly doesn't help as I'm unable to join any Hot yoga sessions which do wonders for my sleep. Anyway, the goal is still to reach 62kg and I'm determined to finally reach that this month.
