Day 746 | Fasting & Long Evening Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I didn't have a productive day but did manage to do a liquid fast (I only ate a home made proteine shake) and went out for a very enjoyable long walk in the evening. I plan to eat only 1 meal each day from now on until I reach 62kg. Currenty I'm at 63.5kg so not that much to go and the overall 'damage' after having something of a relapse was neglectable. Once I'm at 62kg I will start eating more but also start doing morning runs while lifting some weights. I also continue to stick to monring showers even though I much more enjoy taking a bath.

I also had my best night sleep in a long time just now so all is pretty good.
