Day 74 Leaving No Choice
I had no problem with my new NoFap streak ever since I made up my mind to do a 31 day streak (This won't mean I will succeed though). I am realising more and more that doing something or getting things done itself is usually very easy. The major difficulty is handeling the fact that I leave myself the option to choose. Finding ways to leave myslef no choice seems to be key to a point where soing or not doing something hase become a habit. Same thing when I went on a moring run 10 days in a row, it was no problem whatsoever until the 10 days were over after which I skipped the next 2 days.
Steemit is very similar, I leave myself no choice but to make a daily honest post about my progress which really avoids me from slacking all too much. Next thing to do will be to take away my choice when it comes down to becoming a way more social problem. I strongly believe people don't really have an issue with actually doing or not doing things they aim for, but that it is all about being unable to deal with the choice. Being able to find a way to fix that can solve a lot of issues.
I did another Moring Run on day 74 and also went for an enjoyable 2 hour late night tennis session. I will also be joining the runforsteem challenge this week that is hosted by @jumowa which will highly help me with the motivation to do another moring run streak.

I have some spreadsheets which should really grow into databases...I'd value any input you have. My run data is, of course, collected with strava and garmin, but I like the google sheets method as I can review more things easier.

thanks nwydarren. Strava seems to be quite popular, I just dowloaded the first app could find in the app store which works just fine but I might give strava a try.
A good post I recently came accross on regarding markup that helped is This One. It' really a matter of taking some time once to make something that work and use it over and over again afterwards.
