I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

The people that host the Hot Yoga sessions I normally attend took some action and are now organizing online lessons to attend from home. I joined to check in yesterday but was quite late having to install some app for it first and was still busy so I didn't actually join in on the class. They are hosted daily now until the studio re-opens and I do plan on joining in regularly.

I did go on another walk and also went to the supermarket to get some more supplies.
