Day 62 Laser Focus

I have set myself a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and will be using this account as a personal diary blog to write down my daily progress.

I again went on a moring run and am getting into that flow again. Starting off in a good way really makes a positive difference that can be felt the entire day. It's still hard to switch my priorities fully towards getting out there socially though. What really works for me is to have some kind of laser focus on 1 specific thing and do that really good in an almost autistic way. So far I have always done this to a point that I'm very comfortable which makes me quite good in the things I do while it also holds me back to really shine at it because I tend to stop improving when I'm comfortable. I have not yet managed in finding a way to make getting more social and finding love the focus point of my laser so far. One thing I do is never to give up and settle. I was somewhat overweight and unable to overcome my bad eating habbits for over a decade, but never just accepted it as something I was never going to be able to change. Instead I always realised that I only needed one idea to overcome it which eventually came. The same story now goes for my 'social issues' and finding that idea is what I am trying to get to.


I went to the late night movies with a friend on Day 62. A quiet place is what we went to see. I enjoy the horror movie genre once or twice a year just to get that very uncomfortable annoying feeling. I would not really call A quiet Place a horror movie. It was beautifully made and I enjoyed it, but could not help myself to see a lot of logical inconsistencies. I really liked John Krasinski in this movie and the young but mature father figure role he brought which I could see myself to be in one day.

Challenge Completed 100 Reps

Another good rep day and I started to put my grip a lot wider on my pull ups. Something I will start doing more is exercises to make my lower body stronger. Squads, Lunges, Hip Bridges & Step Ups which were recommended to me in the comments on Steemit some days back. I'm still havin the intention do do a moring run every single day this 10 day cycle and will also always do a 100 second plank right after.
