Day 485 | Enjoyable Quiet Monday
The weather is picking up here in Belgium and I descided to go home to my family as was done with all the produtive stuff quite early on. It ended up in a really quiet and enjoyable monday where I just spent my time with the people (and pets) I love the most. I also did not eat all that much the entire day and am dropping some of the weight I put on recently again. The goal is still to get somewhere around 62-63kg by the end of the month to start doing more reps again in August and build some more muscle getting wrid of my skinny fat phisique.
The next coule days the temperature is set to reach new all time highs so I'll stay indoors preparing for the new soccer season while making sure that I drink a lot of water.
