I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...
Every day is pretty much exactly the same but I keep going strong. Another morning run of nearly 30 minutes, I combined it with some reps before and after and went to another hot yoga class in the evening. I did hurt my wrist a bit I guess during one of the push ups and the inside of my upper leg hurts a bit when walking because of a small wound and the friction. So far I have been able to stay away from any injuries luckily and these are just minor discomforts. The weight I had put on last month also is slowly starting to come off as I'm not at 66.5kg. Still quite a bit to go though.
