Day 388 | Appartment Rented Out
After a somewhat long search with quite a couple candidates that were rejected, I finally found someone to rent my appartment to yesterday. It's a 25 year old girl who is going to live alone for the first time and she was really enthusiastic. I rather let the place unrented for a couple months knowing it's less likely I will have troubles later on. It's also good money wise as I missed out on a couple months rent, so my savings will go up again from now on giving me some extra piece of mind. Ever since I bought it a couple years back it has been a great source of passive income and I hope to get to the point where I can buy a second one to rent out.
It was a fun tuesday family day spending more time with my nieces making healty pizza for the birthday of the youngest one and getting crushed in some rubiks cube competition against the oldest one. I guess I have a lot more practice to do. We also played some ping pong and I learned here some moves. To even out matches we did I played left handed which was a great equaliser.
I'm also slowly getting back into my regular mindset, but it will probably take another few days before I'm ready to take on another 100 day cycle. My knee worries me a bit as I really don't want to make it worse.
