Day 357 | Low Productivity Day
Friday was a slow day and I did not exactly get much done. I joined my 3th hot yoga class of the week and I'm really pleased about being in the good flow there. I did not really do much aside from that. One of the things that tend to hold me back is the fact that I can somewhat get away beinb lazy and this was certainly one of those days. Many things to do on Saturday and I plan to do quite some reps. Since I'm no longer used to them, I will probably feel it all over my body tomorrow. With all the sweating from the yoga my skin has cleared up a lot again and I hope to be able to maintain it this time.

Strange / disturbing dream this morning, I urgently had to go to the toiled to take a leak. It kept coming out and at some point turned red. It was in someone elses house and there were a lot of splatters on the wall that I tried to clean up afterward.
