Day 2326 | 11 Days Off
Sunday was the last day of the football league before the international break and I will now have 11 days off from if where I will try to shift my focus mainly on my health and my weight. I have continued to be quite active this past month but eating remains my biggest pitfall. Having more time now should really allow me to put most focus on my weight and getting that down belos 70kg again.
I did skip on my reps yesterday but I do aim to resume them on Monday and forward.
