Day 2298 | Sunday Friends Sea Trip
Sunday was a fun day away from my regular environment as I ment up with some frineds in Groede in the Neterlands close to the sea which was plenty of fun. It was a 1-hour+ drive which was worth it as the weather was excellent and I always enjoy visiting Zeeland. While we didn't end up going to the actual beach, I did take a 25-minute walk to it when the day ended and back to my car to drive back to my appartment where I arrived at the time a new season of a tv-show I watch started. While I didn't eat anything during the day only drinking some water, I did get a pita in the evening with an iced tea. Overall a solid day with 13590 Steps which brings my total for the week at just below 100k. Adding the steps I didn't count while my phone wasn't in my pocket brings this well above 100k which is pretty nice.

I aim to do 8000+ steps on average daily along with some daily reps and cardio in the form of hot yoga, tennis, and swimming while taking some supplements and track those daily.

This was a nice weeks on the steps but overall underwhelming on the reps and I mainly will try to do a lot better on that last one next week.
New Day Goals: I will make it into a regular monday getting some work done during the day while joining a hot yoga class and watching some tv in the evening.
