Day 2295 | 3-Hour Walk & Reps
Thursday had a rather lazy start but I always was going to do a long walk as the weather just was perfect for it. So that is pretty much what I did after some initial productivity and a nap. I did my regular long route which takes around 3-hour to complete including a small break. I also highly enjoyed it as always as walking is never a punishment feeling like an obligation to me. I did stop by the supermarket getting both some healthy veggies (for friday) and some bread for right after my walk. While my eating wasn't that healthy, I did keep it limited. I also ended up doing some more reps after wacthing some tv and before going to bed.

I aim to do 8000+ steps on average daily along with some daily reps and cardio in the form of hot yoga, tennis, and swimming while taking some supplements and track those daily.

New Day Goals: The plan on Friday is to joing a 60-Minute Hot Yoga Class, get some work done in the afternoon, eat some healthy fresh made noodles, have a nap, and watch a movie in the evening.
