Day 2288 | Productivity, Evening Walk, & Bad Sleep
Thursday was an ok day but a bad night because for some reason I just couldn't fall asleep which kept me going for my phone or laptop until after 5 o'clock. I did manage to get in quite some productivity during the day and also did a good long nap (which might be one of the reasons I wasn't that tired when going to bed). The football matches in the evening went more or less as anticipated coming away with some profit. In the evening I also went for a walk and had some more productivity just before going to bed. I didn't fully eat healthy but also kept it limited, but I guess drinking some soda late also didn't help to get asleep.
40-Day Weight Exercises
I aim to do some exercises daily on top of the hot yoga classes and make them add up over time. I still devide them in press, squat, Pull, Crunch, and Plank to work the entire body. I also will count my daily steps and aim to do 8k+ on average.

New Day Goals: I still plan to join a hot lunchbreak yoga class and will probably catch up on some sleep in the afternoon. Aside from this, the only real goal will be to limit my eating and keep it healthy.
