Day 2287 | Normal Hot Wednesday
Wednesday was a pretty regular day spending most of it behind my computer and watching the football match in the evening making some profit betting it. It was pretty hot outside so I didn't really get to do much activity. I didn't keep my eating clean but also didn't go on a binge eat or anything. The aim going forward is to really push to get my weight below 70kg again.
40-Day Weight Exercises
I aim to do some exercises daily on top of the hot yoga classes and make them add up over time. I still devide them in press, squat, Pull, Crunch, and Plank to work the entire body. I also will count my daily steps and aim to do 8k+ on average.

New Day Goals: I aim to do my reps on Thursday, keep my eating fully clean, take my supplements, get some work done preparing for the weekend, watch the evening football and also go for a walk if the weather allows it while drinking plenty of water.
