Day 2277 | New Week Goals

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed itinued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Another week has passed where aside from doing regular walks getting in my steps I mainly failed to eat healthy gaining some more weight. The good thing is that I fully recovered from having been sick and my skin is holding up surprisingly well. However, I don't think it will much longer if I keep up like this. I've also not been doing any daily weight exercises because I got sick and lazy afterward but I do aim to make up for that the woming 3 weeks.

New Week Goals: The main goal this week will be to just get back on track doing all the things I should do to be in an optimal state. This will start with cutting down on food and stick to healthy options without starving myself. I also need to drink more water, take my supplements daily, get back in a solid sleep pattern, get back to hot yoga, keep doing at least 8k steps on average daily, start doing weight exercises, do at least 1 fasting day, ...

Pretty much all the good stuff for my body and mind.

40-Day Weight Exercises


I aim to do some exercises daily on top of the hot yoga classes and make them add up over time. I still devide them in press, squat, Pull, Crunch, and Plank to work the entire body. I also will count my daily steps and aim to do 8k+ on average.

To still reach my goal, I would have to do around 100 of each every day from Tuesday going forward which I plan to take up as a challenge.

New Day Goals: I aim to do at least 50 reps of each, probably will give into eating instant ramen one more time, drink plenty of water, take my supplements, if possible join a yoga session or otherwise go for an evening walk, do my daily tasks.
