Day 2256 | New Week Goals

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed itinued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Last week was a good one when it came down to getting back in a good routine while joining multiple hot yoga classes but the most important thing I keep on failing in is the food intake. I say today one of those self-development motivational images on Twitter with a 80-20 Rule where it said that health is 80% Food Intale and 20% Working Out which I fully agree upon. So I've been pretty much wrong in my action to focus more on activity. The food intake keeping that limited and healthy will be my main priority in this new week to finally start trending down in weight again with the aim to keep it up for long making it into a solid habit.

New Week Goals:

  • Put Focus on Limited eating and keep it healthy to lose at least a couple kilos
  • Keep the good weekly routine now that the football season has started
  • Join at least a couple hot yoga classes

July Weight Exercises


I will be doing extra exercises having set total goals on the month. They are press (bench press/ push up), Plank (Regular & side)|Squats|Pulls (Pull-ups or chin ups)|Crunch (knee-ups or sit-ups).
