Day 2241 | Late Evening News Watch
Saturday was a pretty regular day until the evening when I went to sleep and saw when browsing youtube that there was an actual assassinantion event on trump. So I stayed up for a wile following all the live events seeing all the info evolve. So my sleep pattern is pretty much screwed up fully now. We do live in a crazy world where these things aren't even a surprise that they are happening.

I will be doing extra exercises having set total goals on the month. They are press (bench press/ push up), Plank (Regular & side)|Squats|Pulls (Pull-ups or chin ups)|Crunch (knee-ups or sit-ups).
