I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I hope to be back on track now after a good Monday starting out with a morning walk and more importnatly a hot yoga session in the evening. I also managed to eat clean and feel quite confident that this will finally be the turning point.

In total, I ended up doing 12900 Steps on the day.

Today Goals: Tuesday should be a day with plenty of steps as I plan another morning walk and an extended walk with our dog in the afternoon. Aside from this it will be another Family Day.
