Day 1871 | Extended Walk, Reps, & Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

A really active days yesterday doing all of my 3x100 Reps already in the monring along with an extended 2-Hour+ walk and a 90-Minute hot yoga session in the early evening. This didn't leave as much space for other things. I did eat a fresh mango, some lentil Pasta with Mushrooms, and an apple while drinking close to 4 Liters of water.

Today Goals The coming days, I aim to keep up this pace with full focus on activity and healthy food which hopefully should bet me back below 70 kg
