Day 1870 | 1km Swim

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Tuesday was a pretty reguar Fun Family Day going for a swim of just 1km on my way home even though I already felt like quitting after 500m. I also didn't fully eat clean on the day but aim to go at it again fully the coming week.

Today Goals 4 main goals today will be to do a morning walk, do my 3x100 Reps, join a hot yoga session and start a new restricted diet focused on not eating anything that potentially is linked to psoriasis in the coming 8 weeks which is the time it takes to fully regenerate your skin. Right now things are cleared out mostly thanks to the cream I have and the hot yoga sweating.
