I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Tuesday was a great Family day really enforcing my bond with both of my nieces. I ate a bit too much in the evening as it's the end of the mont and kind of game up on in with an eye to go full force again in both June & July.

Today GoalsThe main goal on Wednesday will be to limite the damege and make sure my appartment is clean so I'm ready for the new month having a go at it again.
