Day 1852 | Walk & Ikea Visit
I somewhat improved on Friday going back to eating smoothies in the morning while I went on a walk in the afternoon to the Ikea where I at a kids menu (they are crazy cheap and you get an ice cream) with 2 vegan hot dogs afterward. In the early evening I ate some nuts (the bad kind that are coated) and did clean my appartment. I do feel ready now to leave the healthy eating behind me again also because my skin really is starting to show it's time for that. So over the weeken I will go on daily walks while keeping my eating healthy and to a minimum also drinking plenty of water and taking supplements. On Monday I will start a 4-Week Hot Yoga Journey followed by 4 weeks of fitness to complete a 60-Day challenge hopefully showing some great results.
Today GoalsThe main goal is to avoid bad food and go on a walk early on in the day and also in the afternoon.
