Day 1489 | Lunchbreak Yoga & 3 Hour of Walking

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Saturday was a good day completing week 3 of my hot yoga challenge having 2 more to go which should be faily easy. Jeeping my eating in check remains more difficult though as I ate 2 frozen pizzas after taking a 2.5 hour walk in the early evening.

The only aim for Sunday is to make it into a water fasting day getting myself below 68kg finally and hopefully for a long time to come grinding my way more down. Sunday also marks the last day in the Belgian League which is followed by 2 months of having a break from the football season. I'm already looking forward for the next one to start though.
