Day 1484 | Monday Reps + Run + Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I started monday with a full body work-out doing a tiny bit more once again compared to the last time followed by a 4km run. I managed to stick to healthy food options not overeating and also continue my hot yoga challenge for the month. This got me to 68.1 kg this morning which I'm quite pleased with as my peak was 73kg meaning around 5 kg is already off. I still have around 5kg to go which should not be an issue if I keep things up like this for a while. The more difficult part will come after that to remain it there.

  • 4x12 Squats (With 7kg weight)

  • 2x4 Side Leg-Ups
