Day 1483 | Resring Day Watching Football

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Sunday is supposed to be my weekly resting day where I kind of do a water fast. I succeeded on the resting as there were 3 football matches to watch but failed on the fasting as the urge for some junk food was too big. I won't let it get to me though as Monday is another day to go at it with a morning work-out planned along win a 4km run and a 90 minute hot yoga session in the evening. All while trying to also be productive during the day.
