I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...
I talked myself into 1 more semi Off-Day as the tournament had not started yet, but I should now be in a mode where I'm able to be very consistent as every day looks about the same with a steady schedule. I also got my hair cut yesterday. From here on out I plan to do more reps and also go on regular morning runs if the weather allows it. I will be starting out slow though building it all up throughout the month.
