Day 1113 | Low-Rep Saturday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

Saturday was ok, but I didn't get as many reps in as I wanted and ate a bit too much of the vegateble lasagna I made on Friday evening. Mainly the fear of having another 3 days of muscle pain in my legs kept me away and I will start training them daily with some squats now to slowly build it up. I did drink a lot of water and managed to be productive. Overall it was an ok Saturday.
