An author does not get the red flag until they repeatedly ignore warnings that are less intrusive.

After several months of using these tools, this has proven to be very effective. I would much rather they did not ignore the prior messages, but that is of course their choice. This author has posted 23 times here. So they know in advance they will be seeing this image and will be downvoted with progressively heavier weights.
