Chrysanthemum eggplant 菊花茄子

Eggplant is one of my favourite vegetables . I like eating eggplants not only its nutrition, but also its good taste. It’s also very healthy for people. When you eat it , you’d better not peel its skin because it’s rich in vitamin B and various nutritional components. Eggplant also has the functions of preventing bleeding and anti-aging, protecting cardiovascular and the effect of anti-cancer.

There are many ways to cook eggplants, such as braised eggplant, fried eggplant box, garlic and eggplant, etc. They really taste delicious. Today I would like to share chrysanthemum steamed eggplant with you that I made in the evening.

Ingredients:
Eggplant
Carrot
Garlic
Bean paste
Corn oil

Methods:

Clean the eggplant and cut it into three segments. Wash the carrots and cut them into circle pieces.

Cut the eggplant into a cross and put it on the carrot slices. The purpose of putting carrot is to take it easily from the plate when it is steamed.

Steam the pan for about 7,8 minutes, take out, and place it well .

Put a little bean paste on the eggplant and the garlic.

茄子是我们最常吃的蔬菜之一,而且我爱吃茄子,不仅仅它营养丰富,而且吃起来味道鲜美,非常有益健康。吃茄子最好不要去皮, 因为营养都在皮里面。它富含丰富的维生素B及各种营养成分,常吃茄子有防止出血和抗衰老功能,保护心血管,抗癌等功效。

茄子的做法也很多,红烧茄子,炸茄盒,肉末茄子,蒜拌茄子等等,多达几十种吃法,真是怎么吃都很美味。今天我跟大家分享一下我晚上做的菊花蒸茄子。

材料:
茄子
胡萝卜
蒜末
郫县豆瓣酱
玉米油

做法:

将茄子洗净,切成三段。胡萝卜洗净,切成原片。
将切好的茄子,切成十字花刀,然后摆在胡萝卜片上,放胡萝卜的目的是蒸好后,茄子好拿。
上锅蒸大约7,8分钟,取出,装盘。
在茄子上面放点豆瓣酱,蒜末。

炒锅上放油,烧开,直接浇在蒜末上,香味顿时就出来了。

这道美味的蒜末菊花茄子做法简单,但是好看又好吃,尽管你也可以直接做蒜末茄子,但是当你吃的时候,看着美美的菊花是不是心情更美呢? 生活就从享受美食开始吧!

小贴士:
一定要烧好的油倒入茄子上面,否则没有蒜香味。

恩,是啊, 就是摆盘的时候注意不要蒸太大了, 否则不好摆。
