It's known that Leonardo da Vinci slept 15 minutes each 4 hours, total 75 minutes a day. I could try, but I'm not Leonardo, I just don't know what to do with additional time...
That's taking it to the extreme but it seems to have worked.
Get your 7-9 hours, it's healthier.
Maybe read a book? What's something you're passionate about at the moment? Just sit and think maybe?
