Television shows are for women.
Women are the super-heroes (mary-sue), which all women relate to because they want to be seen as doing everything perfectly.
Men are shown as bumbling bafoons. Which women also like.

And the thing about television, even shows like This Old House is they don't really show you the work. In television, all the stinky, smelly, back braking labor happens off screen.

So, women never see all the things that get done because of men.

You know that national women's day off event they tried to pull?
Just imagine what it would be like if men took a day off.
No power, no lights, no gasoline, no food, no heat...
And, this is why men would never do this. Because all of those system don't just turn back on with a flip of a switch.

Long have i thought about how to educate women about the life of a man. However, the lack the cognitive ability to conceptualize what the work and effort would be like. They think it is special to bake a cake from scratch. They complain about loading the clothes into the washing machine.
