Regarding the assumption that regular consumption of green tea can affect kidney stones or stomach, I think this is just a myth. Consuming enough green tea can also reduce kidney stones. It is recommended that patients with kidney stones consume 3 to 4 cups of green tea every day.
I routinely consume green tea, my stomach and kidneys are good. It's okay, it's healthy.
