A very loyal husband makes a living for his family. How sad when he saw his wife retarded mentally. A child of that size should be in school playing with his friends, he was forced to follow his parents to get around the city looking for used goods.
This is a cause for concern. Her struggle in living her life was very touching.
hopefully the government is paying attention to them or there are benefactors who will help them to pray for them
