Take time to meditate.

It can be really effective to take time on a daily basis to meditate.
You can do it with your eyes open, or with your eyes closed. You could do it when you are walking, riding your bike, taking the bus, sitting, standing, laying down...

Take some time to feel your true nature. The beauty within you, around you, how it affects your everyday life.

Feel the power within you which brings you closer to that world you call home.

Give yourself a chanse to hold on to these feelings and toughts and wrap yourself in them.

They make you feel safe, comfortable, powerfull, protected.

Strenthen your believe in the god/goddess in you, feed it, let it feed you and let it be your guide giving you intelligence, wisdom, advice, unconditional love.

What you feel, see, say and do is what you become. So power up yourself and feel free, loved, understood. Know you can and will and that the only obstacles that is between you and your goals is what you let come between. It is your choice. It is your faith to become more and more succesfull, with the power to create.

Meditate on your skills. Make a distance from between you and what doesn't fit you. Hold on to what you believe in and use it. Examinate your toughts and feelings and purify yourself.
