Treating Diabetes the Natural Way
Diabetes is one of those things that is all but an easy adjustment once diagnosed.
My Father was diagnosed with diabetes a while back and it was one hell of a ride trying to adjust everything from basic lifestyle, medications and right through to diet. There was also the issue of the very costly yet needed medications that went with it. The problem that I have with this type of pharmaceutical medication is that they tend to treat the symptoms and not the cause. So I started reading up on alternative treatments recently, noted that most of the are not classified as full blown cures I found numerous natural remedies and aids for diabetes.
Among these were plants such as:
- Aloe vera
- Bilberry extract
- Bitter melon
- Cinnamon
- Fenugreek
- Ginger
- Okra
- Ginseng
These plants can all be either added to meals, brewed in a tea or taken in a capsule form as a supplement.
By taking these plants they help your pancreas restore a natural level of insulin prodiction, aid in blood pressure problems and circulation and also helps the body to maintain a healthy blood sugar level.
Other plants that are still in the testing stage for their reversal effects on diabetes are:
- Berberine
- Cinnamomym tamala
- Curry
- Eugenia jambolana
- Phyllanthus amarus
- Pterocarpus marsupium
- Solanum torvum and
- Vinca rosea
So in the following days I will do a series of posts relating to the medical values of the above mentioned plants.
Hope that you follow.
I know some really fat people that could do with this lol
That's a bit harsh, but I hear you
Well if they wanna die they can die but if something like this can help them a little bit of tough love can go a long way
that's true
the best way to treat diabetes
is to stop doing what caused it.
eliminate the high carb diet.
We are trying, but culturally indoctrinated habits tend to be hard to break.
That is the best way to go about diabetes and diseases i general. All people have to do is to make a lifestyle change.
This is true, much easier said than done though.
