As far as I know, those coins are just commemorative and do have a Bitcoin digital value but they aren't worth 1 Bitcoin I have seen them on eBay for much much less than a Bitcoin there are a few companies producing these coins using different metals.
hahaha come one man ... I have ordered one bitcoin keychain in $3 only. So physical bitcoin is much lower than the digital one. If you believe in the physical one you can hold a bag of this one :D
