I heard someone's yell.

What is it?

It was another dream to wake me up.

Who was it?

It was...me.

Nowadays I dream every night.

I try I'm not getting too stressed about all, but I'm sometimes too sensitive. When I'm very stressful I feel it through my body as it is like having stomachache or headache and dreaming. I know what I have to do to relieve the stress, but the unfriendly circumstance mostly interrupt to my effort. 

Someone said, " Everything in our life is our burden we made in a previous life." I thought it has religious meaning when I heard it at first. Maybe it's true. I don't know where my burden comes from, but it could come from mine like my word, behave, choice, excessive concern or a past life as he said. Wherever it came from, I sometimes feel so bad. Too stressful to ignore or overcome at a time.

Sometimes, it goes like

as a bomb. 

When the stress hurts me, I do these things first.

1. Stay calm

It's the best way I can choose at first when I feel so bad. If someone keep bothering, it doesn't work well. I can be depressed.

2. Go shopping

Sometimes, it's the best way for me, but the problem is money. If I can't spend as much as I want, I don't choose this way. The stress still exists.

3. Eat

I heard it from a friend. She keeps eating to relieve her stress. Even if I don't try, I sometimes eat a lot to get rid of stress. I think sweet foods helps me. However, binge eating causes indigestion. It is also a factor of obesity in the long run.

I think the best is avoiding stress. I have to do the difficult thing for myself. Trying to get rid of stress and angry facts that do not change, but life is not as easy as it sounds.

Do not express stress to your loved one. The person can be as tough as you even if the person smiles.

Getting yourself sidetracked with alternate activities is good for depression: gardening, reading, cooking, making art, anything that distracts your negative train of thought. Best wishes.
