Ok, i do 100 pushups a day for years now and i can give you a tip. If you want muscles and a good chiselled look, start eating right. first step no sugar in food (eat fist full size 4x a day nothing else but liquids) and drinks, second step start eating high testosterone food, third step sleep at least 8 hours give up that favourite tv show at night. Your body will start to looking good, feel stronger, and your healthy eating will get quicker results. And its great that your doing the 30 day challenge.
